Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of company secretarial works including organising, coordinating and compiling meeting papers for Board and Board Committee meetings, drafting resolutions and minutes of meetings.
  • Ensure compliance of all statutory forms, returns and reports according to laws and regulations.
  • Assist the Company Secretary in all company secretarial matters.

Requirements:

  • ICSA qualification and member of MAICSA
  • Sound knowledge of the Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements, Securities Commission guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Self-motivated, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, high degree of integrity and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and minutes writing skills
