To lead & oversee site operation team (Engineer, Surveyor, Supervisor & Operator). To plan & organize daily and weekly site work operation. To organize, allocate, oversee & motivate all levels of resources for operation need. To drive & control site operation progress. To formulate construction methodology and work method statement. To develop detailed work program and sequence of work. To exercise inventory control on site. To interface with design & survey team for technical and site constraint matters. To take down and maintain all required work and payment related record. To develop work checklist for quality assurance and control. To ensure site operation and handling are in safe manner and comply with authority requirements. To resolve all public complaint. To carry out other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
