Responsibilities:
- Focus on increasing sales and expanding business operations in the Northern states, from Kuala Perlis until Perak.
- Identify & secure new retail outlets.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with retail buyers & existing outlets.
- Visit outlets to check stock levels and ensure product display is well presented and in proper condition.
- To arrange our products in an eye-catching position, follow the first-in / first-out principle (FIFO) while arranging our products to reduce expired stock and market returns.
- Promote & Propose products to existing customers / New customers (Including retailers & wholesalers)
- Forecast sales & trends and develop more effective sales plans to deliver on Sales strategies.
- Execute sales plans for every outlet according to plan.
- Work closely with Marketing to execute top-notch promotions and activations.
- Actively look for opportunities, follow up on sales leads, and gather insights and feedback on market trends to improve Sales performance.
- Ensure payment collection and aging are up to date for the assigned customers.
- Preparing daily market visit reports to the Manager.
- Preparing weekly and monthly merchandising reports, to analyse and present to the Manager.
- To carry out any additional tasks assigned by superiors as needed.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
- Cheerful, cooperative, and proactive.
- Proven track records in managing sales will be an added advantage.
- Communicating well in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
