Responsible for the provision of technical project planning and management of important projects and/or initiatives by making sure that projects and/or initiatives are in line with company plans and priorities, and then executed efficiently within the time frame and budget.
Ensure there is a balance in the sustainability, scheduling, and performance of each project that is being embarked on. Analyzing various solutions to problems if required.
Organizes and manages all levels or forms of service delivery which includes the design, analysis, training, testing, and setting-up of solutions.
Responsible for all kinds of project management functions.
Prepare project scope, requirement, schedule, budget and delivery strategy for new projects or response to Client Request for Proposal.
Prepare the documents / proposals for consultant’s services, clients, vendors, and suppliers' procurements.
Manage due diligence and feasibility studies prior to commencement of projects.
Requirements
Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Management or related engineering disciplines.
More than 7 years of relevant working experience in a project management role for mission-critical facilities.
Good knowledge and understanding of relevant MEP engineering applications.
Experience in construction management process during the construction stage from mobilization, construction / installation, testing & commissioning to closeout and handover.
Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to focus and pay attention to details at all times.
