Finance Assistant Manager

We are seeking a finance professional with a strong passion for finance.

Responsibilities:

• To manage a full set of accounts using accounting software & prepare monthly financial reports of EBA group of companies
• Lead and guide team members to complete their tasks timely and accurately.
• To manage the cash flow and monitor financial transactions within the company to ensure there are no discrepancies in reports.
• Review and preparation for Interim and Year End Audit.
• Review and resolve any Audit issues arising.
• Prepare items as requested relating to tax and GST submission. Yearly tax review to optimize tax savings where applicable.
• Highlight any compliance issues which need to be addressed and resolved.
• Liaison with auditors, bankers and other third parties where needed.
• Assist with implementation of automated or changes in processes and procedures
• Monitor multi-location inventory records.
• To supervise in any administrative matters as required.
• Ad hoc projects and reports as deemed necessary.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
• Preferred language(s): English, Mandarin.
• Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills.
• High level of conceptual, meticulous, and good analytical skills.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
