Senior Finance and Tax Manager

Responsibilities:-

  • To prepare Feasibility Study, Budget/Forecast and analyse financial data for management decision making. Experience in Joint Venture project will be added advantage.
  • To execute proper tax planning, improve tax efficiency and ensuring appropriate tax positions are adopted.
  • Managing and ensure all related Accounting and Taxation Compliance including Audited Report, Tax Estimation, Tax Return, Transfer Pricing, Indirect Tax and others.
  • Monitor legislative and regulation tax law development and accounting standard, communicate the effects of these development to Management and recommend strategies to capitalise on the relevant changes.
  • Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, company secretary and other parties for relevant Compliance/matters.

Requirements:-

  • 10 years related working experience with minimum 5 years in managerial position with Property Development/Construction company.
  • Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Professional Certificate or equivalent.
  • Good in leadership, problem-solving and communication, able to work independently under pressure environment to produce high quality performance.

Finance and Tax Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts, statutory accounts and oversee all related accounting functions.
  • Prepare monthly management report, cash flow management, forecast and budgeting.
  • Reviewing and analyzing monthly management accounts & expenses.
  • Liaison with bankers, auditor, tax agent, company secretary and etc.
  • Prompt submission of monthly periodical & ad hoc reports.
  • Preparation of the yearly accounting and presentation to external auditors.
  • To supervise the updating of Account Receivable, Account Payable and other subsidiary ledgers.
  • To perform bank account reconciliation, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow reports, and to advise management on foreseeable cash flow requirements.
  • Monthly trade debtors and creditors reconciliations.
  • Monthly company tax and deferred tax computations.
  • Any ad hoc assignment assign by the Company from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Possess in Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Accounting qualifications.
  • 3 to 5 year(s) working experience in the construction and/or property development is a must.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
  • Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
  • Proficient in English and Good command in Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken). Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking bankers, auditor, tax agent, company secretary and etc.
