We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the HR and payroll industry. In this role, you’ll identify potential customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. You’ll be responsible for product demonstrations, pre-implementation consultations, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-implementation. Your ability to negotiate and close sales agreements will be key to driving our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers using a solutions-based sales approach.
  • Present company offerings and demonstrate HR and payroll solutions.
  • Conduct pre-implementation consultations, including scoping, cost analysis, and project planning.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in line with company policies.
  • Provide post-implementation support and follow up on customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop pipelines and meet sales targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in B2B, software, or technology sales.
  • Fluent in both English and Malay (oral and written); proficiency in other dialects is a plus.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and dynamic individual with a passion for sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Open to innovative solutions and new perspectives to meet customer needs effectively.
