Executive, Material Planning

This role as Executive, Material Planning is to responsible on the coordination between other departments and suppliers in ensuring the availability of packaging materials and ingredients for productions as per sales requirement.

You also required :

• To ensure the quality of the packaging materials and ingredients (Premix only) is up to the standard demanded by the productions, QAs and customers.
• Responsible in ensuring the packaging material is compatible with the production machineries to have a smooth production operation.
• Responsible on the all artwork preparations for the packaging material, need to ensure it is adhere to the various regulations of the end destination, current country requirement and product specification.
• To make sure the packaging received is good quality at reasonable cost.
• To perform supplier audit as part of company food safety compliance.

What you will need to succeed in this role:-

• Degree in Business Admin/Purchasing or related field.
• Less than 1 year working experience in related field. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• possess an outgoing personality and service driven with a positive and “can do” attitude.
• Pro-active ad self-motivated in problem solving
• Competency of packaging materials and ingredients (Premix only) knowledge.
• Inconsistent market trend of raw material which lead to inconsistent of packaging materials and ingredients cost.
• Ability to guide and train up key staff for the section.
• Analytical ability on data collected
