- Minimum 2 years experience in handling admin and purchasing task
- Able to work independently and to take initiative in doing things.
- Able to speak English and Mandarin
- Must be computer literate
- Minimum Diploma qualification
Tasks & responsibilities
- Monitoring the current parts inventory
- Ordering parts and receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
- Responsible for handling spare parts admin duties and other admin job task.
- Assist and prepare project/technical team for requested quote, sales order and other documents requested.
