Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst specializing in Digital Transformation, Process Workflow Digitalization, Process Automation, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes through innovative digital solutions, driving operational efficiency, and delivering business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Transformation Initiatives: Lead and support initiatives related to the digitization of core business processes, aligning digital transformation strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Process Workflow Digitalization: Identify, assess, and design end-to-end workflow improvements through digitalization, ensuring optimized business performance and enhanced customer experience.
  • Process Automation & RPA: Work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, design automation workflows, and oversee the implementation of RPA and other automation technologies. Collaborate with business units to ensure smooth deployment of automated processes.
  • Business Process Improvement: Conduct thorough process analysis, documentation, and reengineering of existing workflows, recommending innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison to business units and external vendors to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for digital and automation solutions.
  • Project Management: Oversee the delivery of process automation projects, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and go-live. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Solution Lifecycle & Operational Support: Ensure sustainable lifecycle management of deployed solutions through driving adoption by end-users, securing solution supportability through vendor engagement or product knowledge internalization, continuous process improvement and enhancement of solutions, and effective day-to-day support of identified system issues.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Development, Software Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with at least 2 years specializing in digital transformation, process automation, and RPA.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate etc.) and workflow digitalization platforms (e.g. Joget). Development experience with programming language such as C# and Java are highly desirable. Knowledge of business process management, ERP systems, and digital transformation technologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose scalable solutions through automation and digitalization.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of successfully implementing digital transformation projects from inception to completion, including stakeholder management, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding innovative and cost-effective digital solutions.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and Process Automation (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional) are advantageous.
