This is a full-time hybrid role for a Admin Assistant at DigiMagic in Petaling Jaya. This hybrid role offers flexibility for remote work. You will provide administrative support to General Manager and assist in managing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

  • Assisting in general office operations, including office supplies, equipment and maintenance.
  • Perform day to day admin and basic accounting operations
  • Answering incoming call, taking messages
  • Managing databases and filing systems (both physical and digital)
  • Conferring with the accounting department for process incoming invoices with prepare purchase requisition, purchase order and verify receipts
  • Oversee daily staff movements and ensure all leave application update in HR system
  • Administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Assist in record-keeping for HR and tending to all HR-related inquiries
  • Attend to all travel request by arranging transportation & accommodation booking
