Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Sales & Marketing teams and assist in day to day business operations.
- Able to handle daily data update and follow-up.
- Able to handle incoming phone inquiries, requests and follow-up.
- Familiar with sales reporting, analysis and proper record keeping is an added advantage.
- Able to handle any tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in any field, fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Prior knowledge in MULTICS is an added advantage.
- Good attitude and have sense of responsibility.
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision
