Country Manager (Smart devices/ Mobile)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Country Manager to lead our operations in Sabah, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business goals and revenue targets while overseeing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Goals & Revenue Targets:
Achieve business goals and revenue targets.

Operational Oversight:
Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and set performance objectives.

Team Management:
Recruit, train, and support the regional team; conduct regular performance appraisals.

Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities; cultivate a portfolio of key business partners.

Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement business, marketing, and advertising plans.

Stakeholder Relations:
Manage internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiate contracts.

Operational Efficiency:
Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations to be efficient and cost-effective.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.

Company Standards:
Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.

Reporting:
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.

Customer Issues:
Address escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.

Market Analysis:
Review and analyze the market situation and report to senior management periodically.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in smart devices

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record in business development and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to the industry.
