Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and legal requirements. Responsible for all aspects of the terminal Operations & Maintenance including leading, managing, planning and controlling to ensure it runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. Review & endorse a daily, monthly and quarterly report specifically on Operations, Maintenance and HSSE activities for the identification of improvement and strengthening of the routine works in the Terminal. Develop effective strategies to ensure the terminal meets Key Performance Index (KPI) and standards within the allocated budget. Lead to monitor and evaluate general Operations, Maintenance and HSSE performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensuring that the terminal is properly operated and maintained, operations processes and product specifications have closely adhered to ensure high product quality, instituting Policies & Procedures, motivating staff, and upholding a safe work environment. Ensuring and being responsible for general equipment efficiency by planning & organizing Preventive Plan Maintenance (PPM) and executing it through maintenance activities as to optimize terminal utilization. Supervising and being responsible for Product Quality by monitoring receiving, sampling and analyzing laboratory test results to ensure all results are within allowable limits of parameters in order to avoid any quality issues for the user and consumers. Ensuring and being responsible on lorries/trailers entering and exiting the terminal to adhere to terminal’s rules and regulations to ensure no discrepancy of cylinders going in and out against the Delivery Notes (DNs). Lead tank cleaning activities by planning, monitoring the progress, organizing supporting activity, liaising with appointed contractors to complete it within stipulated time required efficiently and following the recommended standards in order to avoid stock issues for consumers. Collaborates with the Management Team to establish business goals, objectives, and targets. Manages and allocates resources effectively, including budgeting, staffing, and equipment planning. Analyses operational data and generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to drive innovation. Any other duties requested by superior from time to time.
