Job Brief

As a Client Development Specialist, you will be responsible for deepening relationships with existing clients and reactivating dormant accounts, with a focus on increasing our market share. This role requires a proactive, client-focused individual with a strong understanding of B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

-Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, aiming to increase their share of business with us.

-Reactivate dormant clients by identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.

-Handle client inquiries, provide quotes, and check feasibility for research projects.

-Oversee project registration, assign project managers, and ensure smooth handover.

-Manage the full project lifecycle, from quoting to final delivery.

-Collaborate with clients on cost adjustments and progress updates as needed.

-Attend client meetings and negotiations, both locally and internationally.

-Prepare detailed sales presentations and proposals using Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements and Skills:

-Minimum 5 years of professional work experience.

-At least 3 years of B2B new business development experience.

-Experience with intangible products such as internet services, SaaS, consultancy, or research.

-Ability to manage meetings and close deals independently.

-Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a high level of competency in proposal creation.

--Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:

-Experience working with Japanese companies.

-Overseas study experience in an English-speaking country.

-Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, with a particular emphasis on Korean and Chinese.

Salary

MYR7,500RM～9,500RM per month +Commission and Achievement bonus
