About your new role

We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist, someone who knows their craft impeccably - whether it’s in search or across social (and everything in between). You’ll be surrounded by a team of like minded talents with various backgrounds in graphic design, web development, social media, branding, copywriting, project managers and more. Reporting to the Head of Paid Media, you will have the flexibility of working from home or from one of our offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Canberra.

Working across a variety of Social/SEM campaigns, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients across retail and b2b in Australia. Ensuring efficiency, effectiveness of campaigns and delivering key outcomes. You’ll be working closely with the agency founder, and department heads across new business pitches, and will be involved in the evolution of GO Digital’s service offering across multiple performance channels. Your wins will be rewarded, recognised and celebrated.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Day to day communications that include reporting, optimisations and insights recommendations.
  • Take complete ownership of the client accounts and be keen on developing, testing and executing new test & learn opportunities or improve existing strategies proactively.
  • Successfully manage weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting analysis, reporting and insights.
  • Seamless implementation and campaign activations within Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest along with Google Ads.
  • In-depth understanding of all social media platforms and their audience capabilities.
  • Client facing communication, planning, strategy, and development focused on paid media channels.
  • Scaled budget control and planning - ensuring effective and accurate control of multiple budgets across numerous clients, channels, and campaigns.
  • Delivery of accurate and timely reporting and insights across numerous clients, channels, and campaigns and be a part of weekly client meetings to talk through results, trends, optimizations and suggestions.
  • Support the development of an omnichannel approach that delivers results for clients.
What we'd love to see from you
  • Min 3+ years of experience working on performance focused paid media campaigns (70% Social and 30% SEM) ideally from an agency background
  • Strong understanding of all technical aspects of SEM
  • Experience in Social, Display, Shopping and/or Video
  • Experience across a range of brands, large and small
  • Demonstrable track record/experience of delivering effective and advanced paid media campaigns for clients, including paid search.
  • Demonstrable track record/experience in developing digital strategies that drives growth for clients
  • Values quality and takes pride in work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively manage workflows and deadlines
  • Great client facing manners
  • Programmatic advertising experience is a bonus
