Brew Crew Opportunity

Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a creative and data-driven Senior Executive, Social Media to join our marketing team and help elevate our social media presence. You will work closely with creative teams, content creators, and external agencies to deliver high-quality, engaging social campaigns that drive brand awareness and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with business goals and objectives across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other platform analytics. Report key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to adjust strategy and optimize performance.
  • Identify and collaborate with social media influencers or brand ambassadors to increase reach and engagement.
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative in the social media landscape.
  • Supervise the end-to-end production of social media assets (images, videos, GIFs, infographics, etc.), ensuring they meet brand standards and deadlines. Coordinate with designers, videographers, photographers, and other content creators to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Department Head.

Your Ingredients

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing studies or other related field of education.
  • Possess a minimum 5 years of work experience in the relevant field to work.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools. Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights. A creative mindset with excellent writing, storytelling, and visual content creation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and effective social media copy
  • A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with influencers and partners.
