JOB SCOPE :-
Promoting positive employee relations, addressing workplace issues, and ensuring a harmonious work environment. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity. Improving the relationship between the organization and its employees and employee representatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment while handling labor-related issues and compliance with labor laws.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
1. Employee Consultations and Feedback: Based on the needs and requirements, conduct a one-on-one consultation with employees to address their concerns, grievances, and other work-related issues.
2.And encourage employees to share feedback, suggestions, and ideas about work processes and the work environment.
3. In Charge of Conflict Resolution: Mediate and assist to resolve conflicts that arise between employees or between employees and supervisors.
4. Discipline Policies/Procedure Interpretation and Management: Provide guidance to employees on company policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
5. Disciplinary Actions: Assist in the administration of disciplinary actions and ensure that they are conducted fairly and in accordance with company policies.
6. Employee Surveys: Administer employee surveys to gather feedback and insights on various aspects of the work environment.
7. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS :-
1. Employee Discipline and Termination: Assist HR and management in handling employee discipline and terminations while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
2. Labor Law Compliance: Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
3. Employee Engagement and Activities: Organize employee engagement activities, such as team-building activities and events to foster a positive work culture and strengthen team dynamics.
4. Workplace Policies: Assist in the development and implementation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
