- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
- Prepares budgets and records and sends invoices for services or products rendered by company employees that have been approved by management.
- Recording and filing cash transactions.
- Create and update expense reports.
