  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Actively recruiting the right fit talent that can fulfill our client needs. For this position, you will be working under one of our clients, a BPO company based in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

Project: Printing/Digital services

Basic salary: RM2,200 + KPI Bonus

Working days: 5 days work, 2 days off

Working hours: 2 fixed shifts (up to 6pm only)

Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound and Outbound call to customer inquiries related to the printing/digital products (e.g.: online purchase, warranty registration, repair services, product guideline)
  • Liase with other department is needed
  • Assist with the administrative task assigned by superior
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction whilst maintain a professional manner

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Open to entry level (no experienced needed)
  • Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.
