Skillset Recruitment Agency Sdn Bhd is the one stop recruitment provider for executive and non-executive employees across Malaysia. Actively recruiting the right fit talent that can fulfill our client needs. For this position, you will be working under one of our clients, a BPO company based in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
Project: Printing/Digital services
Basic salary: RM2,200 + KPI Bonus
Working days: 5 days work, 2 days off
Working hours: 2 fixed shifts (up to 6pm only)
Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound and Outbound call to customer inquiries related to the printing/digital products (e.g.: online purchase, warranty registration, repair services, product guideline)
- Liase with other department is needed
- Assist with the administrative task assigned by superior
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction whilst maintain a professional manner
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Open to entry level (no experienced needed)
- Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.
