Job Description:

As a Management Trainee, you will be trained to handle full F&B Operations, including:

• Performing front-of-house duties
• Performing back-of-house duties
• Managing customer relations
• Overseeing people management
• Ensuring product quality assurance
• Controlling costs
• Planning budgets

Our Management Trainee Programme will:

• Train you to become a professional in F&B operations
• Provide you with management responsibilities once you have mastered the skillset
• Provide further training to prepare you for higher management levels

Job Requirements:

• Required Min. a Degree Holder from a recognised University from Malaysia
• Demonstrates a good CCA track record with excellent leadership skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends, public holiday & festive season (6 days work week)

Min & Max Salary: $2,700 - $3,200

Salary Breakdown:

Basic: $2,700

Designation Allowance: $200

Mobile: $50

Gross Salary: $2,950

Interview method: Physical Only

Working Hours:

• Minimum 10 hours per day, up to 12 hours
• 6 days

If worked during Public Holiday will be replaced with a PH leave (need to apply & use within 3 months period).

Probation: 3 Months

Bond: 1 Year Bond

Job-Type: 12 months program, able to convert to permanent after completion (if suitable)
