Job Title: HR internship - Call Centre (Immediate intake)

Location: Plaza Sentral, Kuala Lumpur (across KL Sentral)

Shift: 9am - 6pm

Job Description:

HR & Admin Department:

  • Compile and formulate a monthly summary of timesheets.
  • Draft the monthly newsletter.
  • Document and update resignation notices in Excel.
  • Manage the Internal Job Posting process.
  • Oversee the Exit Interview process.
  • Complete the Staff Requisition Form (SRF) as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and interviews.
  • Provide support in hiring for Support Role positions and manage candidate applications.
  • Assist the Admin Department during the absence of the regular admin personnel.

Employee Relations:

  • Assist in drafting Misconduct Letters.
  • Aid in compiling evidence for internal investigations.
  • Help maintain attendance records to support the creation of misconduct information for the next action by Employee Relations team members.

Internship allowance: RM500
