Job Title: HR internship - Call Centre (Immediate intake)
Location: Plaza Sentral, Kuala Lumpur (across KL Sentral)
Shift: 9am - 6pm
Job Description:
HR & Admin Department:
- Compile and formulate a monthly summary of timesheets.
- Draft the monthly newsletter.
- Document and update resignation notices in Excel.
- Manage the Internal Job Posting process.
- Oversee the Exit Interview process.
- Complete the Staff Requisition Form (SRF) as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and interviews.
- Provide support in hiring for Support Role positions and manage candidate applications.
- Assist the Admin Department during the absence of the regular admin personnel.
Employee Relations:
- Assist in drafting Misconduct Letters.
- Aid in compiling evidence for internal investigations.
- Help maintain attendance records to support the creation of misconduct information for the next action by Employee Relations team members.
Internship allowance: RM500
