As a Customer Experience Internship, your focus will be work closely with Customer experience team to assist on ensuring all customer needs and expectations are met. ou will process orders including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies. You will act as a change agent and look for ways to improve Customer Care processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project support to the engineering team
  • Maintain SharePoint site
  • Help with training administration
  • Help administer talent management data base
  • Administrative support

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Final year student - Bachelor's Business / Admin /Communication / Equivalent.
  • Team working ability
  • Good communication skills verbal and written
