We are hiring for a Sales and Marketing Intern to support our retail team and marketing team in implementing strategic initiatives to support the business and organize exciting projects and events.

Key Responsibilities

SALES

  • Assist with sales enquiries in the boutique and support retail team to provide memorable client experience.
  • Create, track and update performance data/ gifts inventory for Management’s analysis.
  • Organise calling campaigns to support monthly boutique activations.

COMMUNICATIONS

  • Support Marcoms team to conceptualize, develop, and implement local PR & communication activities.
  • Monitor media marketplace to stay abreast of trends, identify opportunities and emerging potential issues.
  • Identify new social media trends and opportunities; understand and advise how the business can expand its social media activity.



PUBLIC RELATIONS

  • Support in the pitching and managing photo-shooting arrangements base on business needs and to drive coverage on commercial products
  • Support PR evaluation monitoring & analysis (clipping evaluation)
  • Support Competition analysis and benchmarking research
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date media database

EVENT

  • Support boutique and marcoms team to organise boutique activations.
  • Support marcoms team to conceptualize, develop and coordinate local & international events.



VISUAL APPEARANCE OF BOUTIQUES AND POS

  • Through regular visits, ensure the visual merchandising (display, products presentation) and the overall appearance (Lightning, Logos, counters, etc.) of all boutiques and POS are in-line with brand guidelines



VM IMPLEMENTATION OF ANIMATIONS AND PLV UPDATE FOR RETAIL AND WHOLESALE NETWORKS

  • Forecast, order, budget and implement animation themes in all boutiques and POS
  • Follow-up on and update visual panorama for Wholesale
  • Reporting for VM related topics
  • Assist with sales enquiries in the boutique and support retail team to provide memorable client experience.
  • Create, track and update performance data/ gifts inventory for Management’s analysis.
