- Extend a warm and gracious welcome to guests upon arrival, providing personalized assistance and guidance to achieve performance targets and deliver excellence in service.
- Ensure exceptional service is provided to guests, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource about retreat facilities, services, activities, and amenities, offering tailored recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Act as a liaison between guests, and retreat departments, coordinating reservations, special requests, and inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Proactively engage with guests to anticipate their needs, address any concerns, and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing and promoting retreat events, activities, and special occasions, contributing to the vibrant social atmosphere of the retreat.
- Handle escalated guest issues and complaints, working towards effective resolutions while maintaining positive guest relationships.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products offered by retreat, as well as staying informed about upcoming events and activities to effectively promote them to our valued guests.
- Act as an ambassador for the retreat, upholding its image, branding, and positioning it as a high-prestige establishment.
- Promote retreat services such as food & beverage and activities
- Observe and report any safety and security issues, as well as defects in facilities that require repairs and maintenance, following up to ensure action is taken.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and preferences, leveraging this information to enhance future interactions and service delivery.
- Maintain databases such as records of programs, attendance for each activity & event, feedback to perform report analysis, and evaluate program effectiveness to inform future planning.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
