Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Officer - Reservation at Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont'Kiara in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Guest Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, handling reservations, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns on a daily basis.

Qualifications
  • Guest Service and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
