Responsibilities:
- To assist with daily operation at Front Office.
- To assist guests during arrival and departure.
- To build guest loyalty and satisfaction, while maximising room revenue and occupancy.
- To create unforgettable stay for our guests.
- To handle guest's enquiry, feedback and reservation.
- To sell tours pakcages.
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years working experience in hospitality industry.
- Posses tours knowledges is an added advantage.
- Cheerful person.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in speaking English and Mandarin.
- Working on shift and flexible to work on weekends / public holidays.
- Administrative skills - Good at Microsoft Words & Excel.
