JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • AP Invoicing / AR receipts
  • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company.
  • Prepare payment voucher for invoices posted and ensure the payment timeliness.
  • Issue payment via online banking (M2E/ CIMB)
  • Daily accounting data entry and book keeping.
  • Staff claims checking and reimbursement.
  • Ensure documentations are organized, file and up-to-date.
  • Perform intercompany reconciliation on monthly basis.
  • Organize work schedule and set priorities to meet monthly closing reporting.

REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Professional Certificate or equivalent
  • At least 1 year relevant experience in related field. Fresh graduate encourage to apply
  • Experience/ good knowledge using Autocount Accounting software
  • Basic computer skills such as Excel, Word
  • Proficiency in BM
