JOB DESCRIPTION:
- AP Invoicing / AR receipts
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company.
- Prepare payment voucher for invoices posted and ensure the payment timeliness.
- Issue payment via online banking (M2E/ CIMB)
- Daily accounting data entry and book keeping.
- Staff claims checking and reimbursement.
- Ensure documentations are organized, file and up-to-date.
- Perform intercompany reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Organize work schedule and set priorities to meet monthly closing reporting.
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Professional Certificate or equivalent
- At least 1 year relevant experience in related field. Fresh graduate encourage to apply
- Experience/ good knowledge using Autocount Accounting software
- Basic computer skills such as Excel, Word
- Proficiency in BM
