Job description: Job Summary
Responsible for the smooth operation of all matters pertaining to office administration matters. Assist in effective planning and management of overall office administration.
Key Responsibilities- Source and negotiate with contractors/suppliers for favorable contracts/terms of contract inclusive of credit term for settlement of job done.
- Source and maintain a reliable group of suppliers who provide good services, best rates and terms to the company and to review such provision on regular basis.
- Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and cleanliness of the office and surrounding area, ie lighting, office renovation, plumbing, air cond, telephone, office security, pest control & courier service etc.
- Secure office space & monitoring of tenancy agreement.
- Ensure timely purchase of office equipment, office furniture etc.
- Ensure timely payment to contractors/suppliers.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the company.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Diploma/ Degree in Business Admin or related fields.
Skills & AbilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and good communication skills.
