Internal Audit Executive

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audit assignments as stipulated in the audit plan
• Perform store operation audit such as transaction audit, stock take / inventory audit, system audit, by visiting outlets to assess the risk control and compliance with the Group’s policies, procedures and governing laws and regulations
• Conduct investigation check on any fraud related matters and strengthen the overall control of the outlets
• Prepare audit report for visited outlets and provide value-added recommendations
• Train and educate outlet staffs on risk awareness and compliance requirements
• To complete any other tasks assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experiences and preferable in Retail industry
• In other industry but experienced in audit roles and skills are invited to apply
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and statistical skills
• Ability to work with minimum supervision, enthusiastic personality, and good organizational skills
• A good team player with high level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility
• Willing to travel across outlets
• Basic knowledge of anti-money laundering laws is an added advantage
• Strong communication skills in trilingual
