Possess a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
At least 3 years working experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical or special vehicle equipment industry dealing in fabrication/erection of pressure vessels or bulk storage tanks or transportation equipment or pipelines or heavy steel structures and or installation of heavy equipment.
Able to coordinate project work, plan production schedules, organize resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
Able to manage existing clients while identifying potential clients.
Independent and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Able to communicate at all levels of management.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin are also required.

To generate sales for the company.
To coordinate and provide excellent customer service to existing and new clients.
To assist in collecting outstanding debts.
To set up and maintain an information system on existing and potential customer bases in the oil, gas, petrochemical and industrial users.
Coordinate for design, costing and project works.
Coordinate/report on fabrication/projects assigned.
Liaise with production on project schedule.
Coordinate and as required carry out design calculations/drawings/drafting works, guide and instruct draftspersons on drawings/drafting.
Prepare Bill of Material, Material Take Off, obtain competitive materials prices and order required materials for projects assigned.
Liaise with Authorities, Third Parties, clients, etc as required.
