JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for sales of all lending products, including related cross-selling, under Direct Channel set-up:-

  • Leading a team of lending product sales staff in delivering sales targets of the Bank.
  • Engaging and maintaining relationship with sources of business in ensuring continuous and quality flow of cases.
  • Managing sales productivity and service delivery standards in ensuring optimum performance and acquisition cost.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Leads, manages and motivates several sales teams of sales staff:-
    • Achieving lending sales, volume and revenue targets as set by the Bank.
    • Monitor the team’s performance and take appropriate measures to ensure consistent. and excellent performance of each team member.
  • Plan, develop and implement marketing activities to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and perform benchmarking on competitors and propose for enhancement of existing products.
  • Maintain high compliance and sales discipline benchmark in accordance to Bank’s and regulatory guidelines.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOUR

  • Minimum Diploma or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciples.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in sales and marketing of any banking related product, preferably SME, with outstanding sales track record.
  • Ability to lead, motivate inspire and coach team members.
  • Excellent networking particularly with housing developers, solicitors and those with potential leads.
  • Energetic, aggressive and committed to achieve team’s sales target.
  • Possess relevant insurance licenses.
