Qualifications & experience

  • Develop a new business prospect listing to ensure that future new business development is planned in advance.
  • 5 to 8 years and above of working experience in Customers Service role with at least 2 to 3 direct report.
  • Fluent in English, clear and effective communication skill. Problem solver. Good people and analytical skill.
  • Experience with international logistics and customs regulations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and Passionate, innovative and energetic.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Sales Manager in providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure exceptional customer support to the department.
  • Ability to anticipate and articulate in meetings internally and externally, with or without Senior Sales Manager present along with.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to meet or exceed customer expectations and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Oversee the end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and order fulfilment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the logistics and customer service functions
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve customer service and logistics performance.
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
  • Foster relationships with key customers and strategic partners to enhance collaboration and customer loyalty.
  • Prepare sales reporting whenever required by the Senior Sales Manager
