1. Accounting Duties:
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage payments to suppliers and invoices to customers.
- Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement, including deductions and contributions.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with company accounts.

- Document Management: Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure documents are easily retrievable.
- HR Support: Assist with HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
- Vendor & Supplier Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for office needs and purchases.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel plans for management and staff.
- Correspondence: Handle phone calls, emails, and letters, and manage the company's general communication.
- Compliance: Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met, including insurance, licenses, and company registrations.
