Job Description

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly administration of payroll and employee claims compensation.
  • Monthly statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDC & etc).
  • Group Hospitalization & Surgical (GHS) and Personal Accident (PA) Insurance – periodical administration and assist employee medical insurance claims (if any).

Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Enforcing and upkeep company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Maintain HR related documentation to ensure compliance with certification audits (ISO 9001 & ISO 13485). Liaison with internal and external Auditors for periodical audit routine.

Recruitment & Onboarding/Offboarding

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate the onboarding / offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.

Employee Relations

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Assist in staff disciplinary issue including preparation of necessary due inquiry procedures.
  • Liaison between employees and management to promote positive working relationships.

Performance Management & Reports

  • Prepare appraisal forms, gathering feedback, compiling reports, and facilitating performance review meetings.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs across departments and coordinate learning and development programs.
  • HRDC grant / claim submissions for trainings.

General IT Support & Coordination:

  • Coordination with outsourced IT vendors for purchase / renewal and monitor the company software licensing (eg: MS365 server, MS Office, Anti-virus & etc) for office employees.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resources Management and/or any field.
  • At least 1 - 2 years of related experiences.
  • Proficiency in English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in MS365 & MS Office.
  • Proficient in HRIS and HR software (e.g: Infotech)
  • Possessed strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and place personal and business integrity at the forefront.
  • Possessed own transport and willing to travel (within Klang Valley).
