Requirements:
You'll play an important role in:
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
- To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Responsibility
- Your operational hours will be 10am - 8:30pm
- Earliest shift: 10am - 7pm or 11:30am -8:30pm
- Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour break
- Passionate on customer experience related tasks
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Possess at least a SPM
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply – PAID TRAINING Provided!!
- You are required to work on site at Ara Damansara Office
