Objective of the Role:

This Project Manager roles will be managing IT projects and coordinates across multiple departments to deliver the business project. Project Manager is responsible for managing the projects and implementing the solutions according to the defined scope, timeline, and budget. Responsibilities:

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Track project costs to meet the budget.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage issues and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields or related experience, MSc/MA/MBA will be a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the retail or convenience store industry.
  • PMP, PRINCE, and/or ITIL certification are added advantages.
  • Strong Project Management skills (e.g., project methodology and tools).
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in ERP, software development, web technologies, Data platforms, IoTs, etc.
  • Willing to perform functional activities of requirement gathering and testing when required.
  • Good stakeholders and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good time management, scheduling, analytics, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be proactive in driving the desired outcome.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships.
