Your tasks:

  • Manage Commercial Vehicle Business Lines IAM sales and distribution network as well as provide necessary service to support customers in the assigned market segments.
  • Manage sales and distribution network:
  • a. Manage customers’ commercial relationship;
  • b. Prepare price quotation;
  • c. Process and update sales orders to customers;
  • d. Maintain up-to-date customer service
  • e. Customer engagements and relationship management
  • f. Sales and portfolio forecast
  • Provide service support to customers in the assigned market segments:
  • Planning with customers to Go To Market with products, technical and marketing information through brochures and online materials;
  • Visit customers regularly to maintain close working relationship with customers.
  • Ensure orders fulfillment.
  • Liaise with Supply Chain department for stock planning delivery matters.
  • Work closely with Finance department and ensure AR collections per contracted terms.
  • Liaise with Product Management to develop new products for the aftermarket, and ensure the warranty is processed rapidly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with Marketing Department to organize sales promotions, marketing activities, technical trainings and seminars.
  • Provide sales forecast to direct supervisor to facilitate planning process.
  • Gather feedbacks on market trends and information, demand and supply, and competitive pricing.
  • Develop new business opportunities to increase sales and profits

Your profile:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Administration / Business Management or equivalent
  • 2~5 years sales experience in the Automotive Aftermarket field
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Independent, result oriented with strong business development sense
  • Willing to travel when required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft, ERP and Salesforce tools is essential
