Technician, Test

Job Responsibilities:

  • Testing products for safety, capacities, compliance, and performance.
  • Examining and investigating specific aspects and components of products in question.
  • Debugging/troubleshooting in PCBA and perform analysis up to component level.
  • Compiling reports on findings and testing data gathered.
  • Providing guidance/training and advice to operator level.
  • Maintaining lab and testing equipment regularly.
  • Discussing findings with other team members.
  • Implementing changes in testing protocols as required.
  • Consulting with senior about testing results.
  • Reporting any issues through the appropriate channels.
  • Recommending technical and procedural additions to test processes.

Job Requirements:

  • An associate's degree (Certificate or Diploma) in non-destructive testing, applied technology, or similar to mechanical & electric/electronics.
  • Certification as a testing technician background.
  • 2 years’ experience as a production test technician, product tester or similar role given is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in testing procedures and protocols via interpreting products / tester schematics diagram.
  • Analytical thinking and abilities.
  • Hands-on with debug & soldering tools.
  • Report writing and document analysis skills.
  • Ability to work with data and numbers.

Technician, Process

Job Responsibilities:

  • Printed Circuit Board Assembly-BOM Scrubbing EE components from PCB Gerber pad.
  • Perform Schematic and Block diagram interpretation for troubleshooting PCBA.
  • XY- Pick Place and AOI Machine Programming.
  • PCBA- Fixture, Jig and Tooling Maintenance/ Library Record.
  • Technical skills and able to repair tool/ equipment.
  • Demonstrate capability in expressing his technical study experience.
  • Capable to differentiate solderability and AOI defects.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electric and Electronic or any relevant experience in Manufacturing.
  • Knowledge in process manufacturing is added advantage.
  • Hands-on with debug & soldering tools.
  • Report writing and document analysis skills.
  • Ability to work with data and numbers.
