Job Description:
As a Travel Consultant (Sales), you will focus on designing personalized travel experiences for clients, providing expert advice, and driving sales through excellent customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client preferences and budgets to design custom travel itineraries.
- Manage travel bookings and coordinate with suppliers.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and destinations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma holders.
- Proactive in learning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Excellent communication skills.

Job Description:
As a Travel Consultant (Operations), you will ensure the smooth execution of travel services by managing bookings, coordinating logistics, and handling customer support during travel.

- Oversee daily travel operations, including customer support and supplier coordination.
- Manage travel bookings, flight, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.
- Resolve any travel-related issues promptly and efficiently.
