Job Description

  • Preparation of Tender information, i.e. estimation, costing, taking-off, analysis and compilation and Bill of Quantities.
  • To prepare tender bids for submission.
  • To source, assess and recommend engagement of contractor /supplier as approved vendor.
  • Calling of quotation, evaluating contractor’s bid and prepare tender analysis for Management approval.
  • Prepare and review Letter of Award in accordance with company policy.
  • Conduct verification of material requisition and taking-off quantities/site measurements of work done.
  • Prepare and evaluate Main Claim and Sub Contractor’s monthly progress claim application and issue interim payment certificate.
  • Prepare and submit contractual claim for variation orders, loss & expenses, EOT, etc including sub-contract.
  • Prepare final measurement and account.
  • To assist in value engineering to achieve optimum cost in compliance with the required quality.
  • To prepare/assist in project forecasts and cash flow analysis.
  • Other work-related matters assigned by superior.

Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building Survey/ Construction Management or equivalent.
  • 2 years’ experience in civil and infrastructure
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Good in Taking off and Contracts Administrative Works
