PRG Asset Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales and Leasing Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales and leasing operations, ensuring high occupancy rates, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Leasing and Sales Management: Oversee the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing, showing properties, negotiating lease terms, and closing deals.

2) Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of leasing agents and sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.

3) Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, prospective clients, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

4) Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive pricing, ad local market conditions.

5) Agreement Drafting: Draft, review, and negotiate lease and sales agreements, ensuring compliance with all legal and company standards.

6) Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance reports to ensure profitability and efficiency.

7) Compliance: Ensure all leasing and sales activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

8) Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on leasing activity, sales performance, and market conditions to senior management.

Qualifications:

1) Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in leasing and sales management, with a proven track record of success.

2) Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in real estate management is preferred.

3) Skills:

i) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

ii) Strong leadership and team management abilities.

iii) Proficient in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.

iv) Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.

4) Knowledge: In-depth understanding of real estate market trends, leasing regulations, and property management principles.
