INTERSHIP (BUSINESS ADMIN)
Job Description:
- Responsible for the day to day administrative activities in the office.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management.
- Maintained, organize and update filing system in proper record.
- Prepare and keep all documentation related to administrative.
- Perform any ad hoc task given by superior as and when required.
- Ensure office equipment and appliances work properly.
- Exercise good judgement in managing priorities, response to inquiries and workflow.
- To handle incoming and outgoing calls.
- To assist in provide office facilities maintenance support by managing third party vendors for example IT, air-conditioning service, CCTV, alarm system, photocopy machine and etc.
Job Requirement:
- Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Business Admin or Relevant field.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in kepong.
INTERNSHIP (ENGINEER PROJECT)
As a Rail Project Intern, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the LRT3 Signalling Project. You'll gain invaluable hands-on experience in project management, coordination, and site operations within the dynamic rail industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and updating detailed progress reports.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Conduct thorough cross-checks between site activities and design specifications.
