QAQC EXECUTIVE:
The basic requirement includes,
The job responsibilities cover the following,
i. Conduct quality check of incoming materials, intermediates, finished product and packaging materials and maintain necessary records
ii. Arrange required external analysis and testing to support food safety and quality plan
iii. Conduct periodic verification to ensure measuring equipment is in good
order and is functional.
iv. Coordinate with external party on arrangement of measuring equipment calibration and maintenance
v. Ensure consumables and tools is sufficient to run routine quality check and verification
vi. Ensure quality result of analysis and inspection outcome are updated timely to production and warehouse.
vii. Conduct audits and inspections periodically and prepare necessary reports.
viii. Maintain necessary reports, filing and documentation to fulfil food safety system compliances and customer’s requirement.
ix. Conduct projects or improvement plan when necessary.
