  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Ecommerce Junior Exec's Jobscope

Website Management: Uploading and updating product listings, descriptions, and prices on the company’s e-commerce platform.

Order Processing: Handling customer orders, ensuring correct inventory levels, and coordinating with the warehouse or logistics team for timely deliveries.

Customer Support: Responding to customer inquiries through email, chat, or phone, and addressing complaints or issues.

Digital Marketing Support: Assisting with the execution of online marketing campaigns, such as SEO, social media promotions, and email marketing.

Data Analysis: Monitoring website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to prepare reports and support decision-making.

Product Photography: Assisting with capturing high-quality images for product listings.

Inventory Coordination: Working closely with the stock management team to ensure proper levels of products are maintained online.

Collaboration with Vendors: Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for product updates and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Candidate should be holder of Diploma/Degree in Ecommerce/Business/Marketing or equivalent profession. (Fresh graduates are welcomed!)
  • Preferred languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking supplier)
