Title: HR Executive, Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a passionate HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) to source top-notch candidates for our company. This position is based in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs in the Asia region including Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, India and others.
• Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
• Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
• Developing hiring and retention strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
• Assist in HR administrative process, including document preparation and records keeping, onboarding of new joiners and exit management.
• Promote our company's brand with recruitment initiatives and events

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Business Admin, Management or HR related fields
• Some Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience is preferred
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in English, fluency in Chinese is a plus
• Responsible and self-driven
• Fresh grad with positive learning attitude are welcome
