As a one-stop procurement solution, our role encompasses researching suppliers, negotiating contracts for favourable terms, and maintaining supplier relationships. On top of analysing market trends for informed procurement decisions, we also prioritise ensuring compliance with stringent laws and policies to enhance our client’s business operational efficiency and financial sustainability.

Besides, we possess extensive knowledge of local regulations and requirements, enabling us to support foreign investors and multinational corporations in establishing operations in Malaysia. Regardless if they are building factories, production lines, data centres, or AI hubs, MRT Solutions facilitates their successful establishments in Malaysia.

Currently headquartered in Johor with a branch in Penang and Kuala Lumpur, we are actively planning to expand our presence to Singapore to better serve our growing business and clientele.

Qualifications & experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistic, Procurement or any related field
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in Logistic or Procurement
  • Language Proficiencies: English, Malay and Mandarin
  • Proficient with Microsoft Tools (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to travel outstation once in a month

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company`s service.
  • Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem resolution skills and proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues
  • Mandarin speaking is a bonus point as you need to liaising with Chinese company
