Job Description :
- Review daily delivery schedule arrangement by superior.
- Monitoring and controlling of truck movement by using GPS Tracker.
- Calculate expenses occurred from every delivery by estimate from the route record in GPS system.
- Checking and monitoring of every each Delivery Order and Invoices issued.
- To ensure able to maintain good inter-communication between each departments or sections.
- Keep track delivery times, transport cost and performance evaluation.
- Monitoring transport cost to minimize cost impact to company.
- Maintain related record for reference and monitoring purposes such as trip record, pallet record, lorry maintenance record and etc.
- Responsible to issue the invoices and delivery order once the finished goods are well loading and ready for delivery.
- Ensure the delivery order has been completely chop and signature after finished goods being delivered.
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
