As an Associate Project Manager in Secure Public Cloud Services, you will have the opportunity to plan and execute projects delivering new Public Cloud services and technologies. You will be working with experts of the Cloud technology, Onboarding Consultants as well as Business Units colleagues. We ensure projects are delivered on time and with great quality – every single project, every day.

Here is what you will be doing:

• Work with cross functional team to deliver technical or non-technical project requirements, deadlines and schedules Project Stakeholder Management and Meetings, ensuring all parties are informed on schedule and progress
• Manage cross collaboration initiatives in Secure Public Cloud Services team to achieve efficiency and seamless delivery
• Support Portfolio Management activities such as alignment of team plan, dashboard, services catalogue and initiatives along with DHL strategy
• Manage Project Management Office activities such as project contractor onboarding, raising internal purchase requests via designated systems and other necessary activities
• Track and provide project status reports (progress, budget, time, risk, issue)
• Coordination of change requests and test/production implementation

As an Associate Project Manager, having Project Management expertise is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of ITIL and IT Change/Release Processes will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a Cloud Computing aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Hi, my name is Pamela Lim and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2003, when I took a role as Application Development Specialist in the Supply Chain development team. Gaining more hands-on experience with Infrastructure technology has always fascinated me, so I moved to the Production Services team. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a Head of Database and Middleware role. In 2020, I moved to a management role, being Head of Cloud Product Delivery. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – #LetsGetDigital. Looking forward to having you onboard!
