  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality IT services to our clients, ensuring that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities: As a Service Delivery Executive/Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement process, responsible for:

  • Manage and lead the service delivery team to ensure the successful delivery of IT services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for service delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet service delivery goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of service delivery processes and procedures.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Service Delivery Executive/Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL framework.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Possess Own transport.
